With a background and qualifications in law, I first started running my own business as a consultant in 1998. I won 2 business awards in 2002 (most innovative business idea and woman entrepreneur).  I've been helping businesses raise and access all kinds of funding for the past 14 years and have now brought all my experiences together to provide what I hope will turn out to be the most unique and best crowdfunding facility in the UK.  With your help I'd really like to make some lifetime ambitions and dreams come true for people just like you.

Consultant (Financial & ICT):  Lynn Rutherford

Having a background and qualifications in law, ICT and accountancy, Lynn has combined running her own consultancy business with bringing up a family and specialising her career in Insolvency/Business Administration so is perfectly placed to assess risk and recognise great business & funding opportunities.  Lynn also won the North East Woman Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2002.

Consultant (Sports Projects):  Gary Watson

Senior Construction Manager by day, Sportsman/Coach at all other times - Gary has a wealth of experience in a variety of different sporting environments, from coaching the Northern Conference Ice Hockey Team for 6 years (his under 16's regional team also won the national title in 2003); to helping develop sports clubs; as well as participating himself in speedskating, football and golf.  Gary knows how difficult it is to get funding for sports so has some great ideas if you are looking to develop your club.

Consultant (Sports Projects):  Melanie Warren

Melanie (LittleMissFitness) Warren has a professional background in sourcing funding to help internationalise business, however her talent and experience in sports is second to none: starting out when she was only 9 years old as a very successful competitive figure skater, skating numerous times for England in the Border Trophies; Mel went on to study dance and choreography at Newcastle University and as well as dancing professionally, started her own fitness company 'LittleMissFitness', where she continues to deliver dance and fitness classes to all ages (even tiny tots as young as 2 years old with her oldest member reaching 82).

Consultant (Railway Preservation Projects):  Andy Rutherford

Our secret weapon - what Andy doesn't know about locomotives, railways and preservation needs isn't worth knowing.  Being a volunteer on the Wensleydale Railways for the past 2 years and having a lifetime passion for trains, Andy is the go-to-guy for any project or reward ideas in this specialist sector.  He also runs his own very popular blog for other train enthusiasts and has hundreds of contacts in the industry to help make sure your project reaches the right audience.
